Update #3 (11.30am):
The building management and SCDF is currently draining out the water and smoke from the building. The next update given by them will be between 3-4pm. We will try to push for an update as soon as possible.

The fire has been put out by SCDF but access is still not allowed as they are still clearing the area.

This is a notice to all HostSG customer.

WebSatMedia which is our datacentre located at Chai Chee Road has an electrical issue which causes a fire to be started.

SCDF is currently on scene and has shut down the power to the entire building. They have also restricted all access to the building.

From what we understand, our servers (your data) is not caught/damage by the fire. However as power is down to the entire building, all services are disrupted.

We are currently waiting for SCDF to give clearance to access our servers to boot them up.

We sincerely apologize for this and will provide updates as we receive more news from SCDF.
