Customers using any of these services can now proceed to connect to their servers without issue.
Regarding other services:
- Dedicated Server Solution C
Unfortunately, we are currently unable to power up these servers due to a lack of available cooling systems. The datacentre’s air conditioning has been affected by soot, and powering up all servers simultaneously may cause further issues. A cleaning crew is on-site working to repair and clean the cooling system, but this process will take some time.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding during this period.
Important Notice to ALL Customers:
Server Reboot:
There will be a scheduled reboot of ALL servers between 12:00 AM and 6:00 AM. A short downtime of approximately 30 minutes is expected. This reboot is essential to prevent data corruption and ensure a proper shutdown/restart of services.
HostSG Portal/Ticketing System:
Our portal and ticketing system will be available some time tonight as we power up the server for these services. If you need to renew your domain, you can either proceed via the portal (credit card payment) or open a ticket, and our team will assist you.
Although most services are back online, we will continue to post critical updates on our website and Facebook page as more information becomes available.
